  The staff at Chapin Furniture was extremely helpful when my wife and I visited from Mr . Joe at the front door to his son offering warm cookies to our kids and Larry who helped with the selection of our dining table. The delivery gentlemen were very helpful and friendly as well. We are extremely happy with our experience and our purchase. Larry even followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy. Great customer service, thank you! Jim

  We bought a bedroom set here because it is a local retailer. The financing was less than desirable through their credit card application using interest rates in excess of 25% or no interest for 12 months. You can spend a lot of money on furniture real fast so that makes a hefty monthly payment in order to maintain no interest.
